By accessing or using Sold on Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Sold on Social provides social media management and marketing services tailored for real estate professionals, including but not limited to:

Content creation (custom graphics, captions, and branding)

Social media strategy development

Content scheduling and posting

Branding and aesthetic refinement

Engagement strategies & performance tracking

Marketing consultations
Our goal is to enhance your online presence, create a seamless marketing experience, and align your content strategy with your business goals.
These services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated and are subject to revision based on platform updates and client needs.
Payment & Billing

Payment is required before services are rendered and is billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If payment is not received by the due date, services may be paused or terminated until payment is received.

Custom projects or additional services outside of the selected package will be invoiced separately.
Limitation of Liability
The TC Vault isn’t responsible for any indirect or accidental damages from our services. The Client agrees to protect The TC Vault from any claims related to the Contractor’s work, including mistakes in data, grammar, typos, logos, or branding.
Termination Policy
Client must send notice to support@thetcvault.com at least 35 days before canceling. Services end 35 days after we receive the notice. No prorated refunds.
Modification of Terms
The contractor reserves the right to modify these plan policies at any time. Client will be notified of any changes, and continued usage of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Single-User Limitation
The marketing product plan is intended for use by a single individual only. Sharing, distributing, or providing access to the content to other users is strictly prohibited.
Permissions and Usage Rights
The client acknowledges that The TC Vault has the right to use any content created on their behalf in marketing or promotional materials. The TC Vault maintains full rights to these materials for use in social media management and related promotional activities.
Technical Support
Clients can always email the Contractor with technical questions. However, if the issue involves a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook), we may not have the answer, and it is not our responsibility to track it down. Support is limited to issues within our scope of work.
Confidentiality
Confidential Information includes any private or proprietary business or personal data of the Client or Contractor. The Contractor will not share or use this information without the Client’s permission. This obligation remains in effect even after the agreement ends.
Capacity of Contractor
In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. The Contractor and the Client acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service.
Indemnification
Both parties promise to protect and cover each other from any harm, costs, or legal issues that may arise. Neither party may sue the other. Any disputes will be resolved privately. This protection continues after the agreement ends.
