At Sold on Social, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media services tailored to your real estate business. Because our services involve custom content creation, strategy development, and digital execution, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has begun.

No Refunds on Services Rendered

  • All payments made for social media management, content creation, strategy sessions, and custom branding are non-refundable once we have started working on your account.

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing, we cannot guarantee specific engagement rates, follower growth, or direct sales conversions. While we use proven strategies, performance varies based on market conditions, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.

Service Dissatisfaction & Revisions
 

  • If you are not satisfied with the content, we offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your package to ensure alignment with your brand.

  • Requests for significant changes beyond the original scope may result in additional fees.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Refund requests will only be considered in rare cases where no work has been started AND the request is made within 24 hours of payment.

  • If an error occurs on our end (such as duplicate billing), we will promptly correct it or issue a refund if applicable.
